About a week ago Cyclone Gabrielle hit the North Island of New Zealand and left tens of thousands of kiwis without power for days, no cellphone service, hardly any food, family homes left completely destroyed and worst of all even too the lives of at least 11 people. No amount of money can fix the trauma some have gone through in the past week but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try and play our part in supporting those who are desperately in need.
