Each package contains a mystery item (e.g., sticker pack, accessory, collectible, jewellery, t-shirt, pants, hats, hoodie, etc.) valued between $10 and $175. All items are selected at random, and we cannot guarantee that you won’t receive duplicates or something you’ve purchased before.
Please note: If you purchase more than one in the same order (for example, 3 purchases of these packs all being delivered to the same address) we will simply place the number of items you ordered in the same pack to avoid excessive shipping of packs to the same address.

We aim to ship all orders by the next business day. However, we suggest you allow 2-3 weeks from the order date to be safe. If you are in need of your order urgently, please select the priority shipping option at checkout. International orders outside of New Zealand can take longer to be delivered. Tracking information is emailed once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed. Sometimes these emails can get lost in your 'junk' or 'spam' section, please double check these before contacting us.
