We aim to ship all orders by the next business day. However, we suggest you allow 2-3 weeks from the order date to be safe. If you are in need of your order urgently, please select the priority shipping option at checkout. International orders outside of New Zealand can take longer to be delivered.
Tracking information is emailed once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed. Sometimes these emails can get lost in your 'junk' or 'spam' section, please double check these before contacting us.
Since most of our drops are limited and exclusive, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is damaged, or order was incorrect. Please note all sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. If the item is damaged, or the incorrect item was received, please email us within fourteen (14) days of the date your order is received at info@skiptheboat.com and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received.

We will make sure the right order gets to you. Thank you for being patient with us!
Oh no! We’re so sorry this happened. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do on our end once the carrier delivers the package. We recommend taking a claim up with the delivery service to see if they will reimburse you.
If you received an email saying that your package is on the way, then we cannot cancel your order. It means it has already left us and is in the hands of the carrier. If it has not been shipped, and you wish to change or cancel an order after you’ve submitted it, please email us at info@skiptheboat.com with your order number and changes you wish to make.
Please read the size guide at the bottom of each individual items page to ensure you order the correct size.
All of our drops are limited and never restocked. The only way to purchase a sold out item is to find someone who already owns it. We suggest signing up to our mailing list and following us on Instagram (@skiptheboat) to ensure you never miss a drop.
