FAQs

When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders by the next business day. However, we suggest you allow 2-3 weeks from the order date to be safe. International orders outside of New Zealand can take longer to be delivered.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation/tracking email?
Tracking information is emailed once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed. Sometimes these emails can get lost in your 'junk' or 'spam' section, please double check these before contacting us.
What is your return policy?
Since our drops are limited and exclusive, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. This means all sales are final and no returns are available on any item unless they are defective or damaged. Please read the size guide at the bottom of each items page to ensure your order the correct size.
When will you restock your inventory?
Most of our drops are limited and never restocked. This increases the value and rarity of each piece over time.
